Introduction

CRM Analytics for Healthcare comprises dashboards for three healthcare industry sectors: Provider, Payer, and MedTech. This is part of the Health Cloud package. With these dashboards and power of Analytics, Healthcare Admin can build a lot of prevailing dashboards and interpret the data in visual way. CRM Analytics for Healthcare broadly divides the prebuilt dashboards into the following categories.

• Care Performance Analytics dashboards: This mainly offers the insights about Care plan’s performance and more specifically, delivers care coordinators details on members or patients who are struggling to keep up with their care plans.
• Utilization Analytics dashboards: Provides payers to view authorization pipeline.
• Referral Analytics dashboards: provides referral coordinators with information on the sources of referrals, conversion rates, top referral account providers.
• Visit Analytics dashboard: ensures that sales representatives for medical devices have the appropriate product on hand for surgical visits at the appropriate time. 
• Patient Segmentation dashboard: aids in patient or member stratification for payers and caregivers. Using conditions or demographic data, you can divide your patient and member population.
• Social Determinants dashboard: furnishes insurers and providers with information on patients and members who have been impacted by societal and environmental variables.
