Salesforce Health Cloud Summer 23 feature is out with a lot of exciting new features. In this blog, I will tell you about my favorites on the Health Cloud Features and continue my journey in the other areas. Stay tuned.

Make Faster Clinical Determinations using Services Pathway and Bundling Recommendations – Utilization Management Summer 23 feature

Get a list of suggested request that you should expect to receive as a payer from a provider. To automate the approval of requests and save time, create flow based on the recommended services which can be auto approved. These recommendations are part of the services pathway and the services to bundle based on a patient’s primary diagnosis and previously submitted authorization requests. For example, if that patient met car accident and received chiropractor services already, then future requests related to chiropractor services can be automatically approved.

Get a list of suggested services that you should submit to a payer as a provider. Reduce your effort by determining to include the recommended services in your authorization requests. Providers can now get suggested recommendation request as “Chiropractor visit” for car accident.

Check the Recommended Services Pathway dashboard as a payer to view the services you will probably get for a member.

Easily Set Up the Contact Center with the New Guided Setup

With the help of Health Cloud Add-On license, you can configure the Contact Center app with step by step guided process. You can also make the app easily available to the users and verify steps that are automatically configured. From Setup, go to Feature Settings -> Health Cloud, select Contact Center Settings. Turn on the toggle to see the guided setup steps.

Assessment configuration with guided setup and Assessment is in Experience Cloud – Assessment, Salesforce Health Cloud Summer 23 feature

you can use the guided path which allows to configure the assessment that includes set up, permissions, adding the Assessments component to a page, and tailoring the flow to send the email notification to patients.

Along with this feature, there is another big change happened in the Assessment after Salesforce . Now, patients can get emails reminding them that they have assessments to finish. Then, the patient accesses the Experience Cloud by clicking a link in that email, complete the required assessments, and submits their answers.

Provider Search for Guest user and Actionable Relationship Center to visualize Patient Relationships with Practitioner

Patient as a guest user can search their own provider in Experience cloud. Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) provides an advanced visualization and a holistic view of a patient using two prebuilt templates, Patient Relationship and Healthcare Practitioner.
