Summer 23 release note is out with a lot of exciting features. In this blog, I will tell you about my favorites on the Sales Cloud Feature for Summer release and continue my journey in the other areas. Stay tuned.

Meeting Digest
All users now have automatic access to the meeting digest. Additionally, for users with Einstein Activity Capture, it is the default tab in the Event record detail. To make the most of Meeting Digest, which includes RSVPs, insights, and suggested actions, enable an activity sync solution, such as Einstein Activity Capture. Moreover, now customers can specify when others can book meetings with them. When using Add Scheduling Link and Add Next 3 Available Times, only available meeting times are presented as options.


Calendar Enhancements
In summer 23 Release for Sales Cloud, Now you can see up to 500 Calendar view.
How: To show calendar enhancements, from Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Activity Settings, and then select Use Lightning Web Components for Calendar Home. This setting applies these styling changes to your users’ calendars.

Prospect Engagements at a Glance per month
Now Sales reps can view the engagement data in the Lead List view using Engagement History field. The field contains a chart showing all outbound activities and inbound engagement for the past 30 days. Reps can instantly see when and how often each lead, contact, or person account has been engaged so they can reach out at the right moment.

Search in To-Do list
The new search feature allows users to easily locate the precise items they’re looking for in the To Do List. Wherever those things are on the list, users may take action on the most important activities. Prior to Summer 23 release, Users could add tags to objects and make lists, but not search.

Manage Orchestration Work Items in the To Do List
Users may now access their To Do List to examine and begin work items produced by flow orchestrations. Furthermore, a user’s tasks are now visible in the list for management and action. Work items from flows weren’t previously listed on the To Do list.

Find a Route in a Map, Graphically – Summer 23 Release
Plot spans in Salesforce Maps that show the polylines of records. When scheduling work, such as amazon delivery, the location of the houses will be added to a route for your delivery team using bulk actions. Prior to Summer 23 release, you used to see records without being able to see their relationships or points.

Apply Mass Actions from the Marker Legend

Access bulk actions right from the plotted legend in Salesforce Maps to quickly adjust your records, schedules, and campaigns. Use the legend layout to quickly filter down from a marker on the map or in a list view to specific records in the marker and polyline layers. After you start a single or mass action change, marker colors and shapes are immediately modified.
